Expense Management
The Time Track Central expense management extension adds the ability to submit expenses and mileage in the same web interface as timesheets and absences, so employees have a single place to log everything rather than juggling spreadsheets and paper receipts.
Approval happens entirely inside Business Central, giving the finance department a complete overview from their own role center — this section of the documentation covers that Business Central side: configuration and the day-to-day work of handling and posting submitted expenses. For the employee-facing side, see Web App: Expense Claims.
Before anything else works, expense management needs to be turned on: install the extension, then enable Interface Expenses on Time Track Central Setup — it only appears there once this extension is installed.
